We were thrilled to welcome Les Smith, NODA NE Regional Councillor, to our annual Bake Sale on Sunday 17th May when he came to present our Kids from Crigg with their recent award.
Les chose Kids from Crigg's production of Frozen Jr. as the recipient of this year's Geoff Whitfield Salver for the NODA NE Youth Award.
The kids performed a variety of musical numbers throughout the afternoon and everyone enjoyed eating the many cakes on offer.
The afternoon was a fund raiser for the group and our chosen charity for the year which this year is Parkinsons UK.
